What do I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?Updated 9 days ago

We're really sorry if something wasn’t quite right with your order. We're here to put it right quickly and with as little hassle as possible.

Please email us at [email protected] with the following:

  • Your name and order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage
  • Whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will respond with the next steps.

If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect:

  • We’ll arrange a free return or replacement
  • You won’t need to cover any return shipping costs
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after return

Please note: If your item was purchased from another retailer, you’ll need to contact them directly for support.
