LEKI products are built to last and come with a lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects. We also offer a 10-year spare parts guarantee for most models.
If your product has developed a fault under normal use and you purchased it from www.leki.co.uk:
To request a warranty repair:
- Email [email protected]
- Include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Photos of the fault
- A short description of what happened
Our team will assess the issue and let you know the next steps.
Important notes:
- The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship — not wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
- If your pole is outside warranty but repairable, we’ll let you know your options (such as replacement sections or parts).
- If your LEKI product was purchased from a retailer (not directly from leki.co.uk), your first step should be to contact the store where you bought it. They are responsible for handling returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
