If you are based in Eire please contact us before sending anything for repair or inspection.
 

Returning or exchanging your item is simple please read our policy details to ensure you have all of the correct information to return your purchase.  Please note that you can only exchange for the same product code in a different size.  If you are looking for a different product code please treat that as a Return and not an Exchange.

You can get a refund for the cost of the item for any reason, within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must be returned to us as new, with all original packaging and in a saleable condition. 

All returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing will be the responsibility of the customer, including all costs associated with sending stock the items for a refund. We do not offer a free returns service.

When an order has been placed, it is not possible to change any parts of the order. This includes adding or removing items, changing the size or colour, or changing the delivery address or method. An order cannot be cancelled or amended once despatched.

In the unlikely event that the item you have received is sub-standard, please contact [email protected] with your order details and a photo or description of the fault. We get back to you to resolve your issue.
