Identifying Your Leki PoleUpdated 5 months ago

The upper section of the pole usually has all the information you need to identify your pole printed in the graphics. Look out for:

Titanium or Ultralight or any name ending in Lite - This identifies the pole as an Ultralight pole

Poles with Super in their name - This identifies the pole as made of "Standard" diameter sections

Locking system types such as Easy Lock (ELS), Super Lock (SLS), Speed Lock (SL), SpeedLock 2 (SL2) or Speedlock Plus (SL+).

Shock absorption systems include Triple Spring (TSS), Soft Antishock (SAS), Soft Antishock Lite (SAS-L) or Dynamic Suspension System (DSS).

The maximum extension markings on adjusting sections also provide a clue to the pole type:

Maximum 125cm – Women’s-specific models

Maximum 130 or 135cm - Ultralight Aluminium poles or Carbon models

Maximum 140 or 145cm - Standard poles (also known as Super Strong)
